This programme accelerates your mastery of Quadratus and improves your speed of execution, processing reliability and the traceability of operations.

By the end of the programme, you will be able to configure your accounting environment efficiently.

You will become more efficient in data entry and master imports and bank reconciliations.

You will also be able to produce reports and exports that are fully aligned with internal control and period-end closing requirements.

Programme

Each sequence combines short theoretical inputs, guided demonstrations and practical case studies.

Sequence 1
Configure Efficiently

You will build a consistent working environment that makes accounting production and period-end closing more reliable.

• Chart of accounts, journals, posting templates and automated descriptions

• User access rights and security best practices

• Activation and configuration of the relevant modules, including fixed assets and assistance tools

• Preparation of import templates and allocation rules

Sequence 2
Produce Quickly and Accurately

You will standardise data entry and implement controls to improve both speed and quality.

• Standard data entry and Box entry, supporting documents and efficient account matching

• Secure imports and bank reconciliations

• Operational VAT processing without unnecessary re-entry

• Recurring entries : prepaid expenses, deferred income, payroll and social charges

Sequence 3
Report and Integrate

You will structure clear deliverables aligned with your management requirements.

• Key accounting reports, including general ledger, journals, trial balance and consistent VAT reports

• Fixed assets, including categories, depreciation calculations and disposal tracking

• Accounting exports to ERP systems and Excel

• Quality checklist, traceability of controls and a concise period-end closing file

Target Audience and Prerequisites

This programme is designed for business leaders and entrepreneurs, Finance and Administration Managers (RAF/DAF) and accounting managers, as well as executive assistants and administrative professionals.

It is suitable for anyone involved in accounting production or financial management.

Previous experience with Quadratus is recommended to benefit fully from this advanced programme.
